by Mike Bond - Strategy Director

Today the initial phase of our work for Pearson's Future of Skills project was launched at an event in London chaired by the BBC's Emily Maitlis. Resulting from groundbreaking research that brought together machine learning and human expertise, the project predicts the jobs that will be in demand in 2030 and those that won't. Importantly the focus is on the skills necessary to be able to navigate the future landscape of employment and the implications for education today so that our schools can successfully equip their students for 2030. Interactive data visualisation and gamification will soon follow.
