We repositioned Parmenion — one of the fastest-growing finance networks in the UK — as the place to go for straightforward advice so that they could capitalise on mass-market opportunities.

Worked directly with the Board and through commissioning market segmentation insight we completed a comprehensive brand update. From their core proposition to logo redesign and full visual identity, we worked closely with their internal teams to create a brand that was convention-defying within its sector and based on the genuine emotional affinity that was already felt amongst internal teams and long-term customers alike.

Launching the process at operational and sales team away days in different parts of the UK, we worked closely with internal stakeholders to ensure buy-in from across the organisation and provided mentoring to support the full process of implementing a new brand.
