Big Change
How to unite a passionate community of change-makers who are determined to help young people thrive

Their challenge to us
Big Change invests in people challenging the status quo and leading change for young people, backing early-stage ideas with high impact potential. As they grew, they needed more than a new website – they required a full brand refresh to redefine their messaging, modernise their identity, and create a compelling digital presence that would unite and inspire their community.
Our response
We defined a new brand proposition ‘Together we spark lasting change’, before leading a full rebrand that would capture the essence of Big Change’s ambitions and equip them for the future.
Working closely with their team, we developed a refreshed visual and verbal identity that clearly articulates their role in working with change-makers who challenge assumptions, championing fresh ideas that have the potential to create a bright future for young people. The new branding embodies their hands-on, collaborative approach, ensuring their message is both impactful and accessible to a diverse range of stakeholders.
We translated this vision into a new website that brings their work to life, emphasising clarity, engagement, and ease of navigation.
The platform not only informs but also inspires action, offering a seamless experience for users to contribute to Big Change’s mission.
This transformation equips Big Change with the tools to communicate their impact effectively and strengthen their presence as a driving force for lasting change.

"We value working with partners who share our mission. Bond & Coyne are completely aligned with us, and their rebrand perfectly captures the charity’s bold ambitions"
